The Session is a combination of using streamed music and these instruments as well as my voice. 

Come Rest & Relax being immersed in sound and allow me to take you on a Channeled Meditation Journey whereby you feel relaxed, re-energised, refreshed and reawakened.

Please bring a yoga mat, a shawl & blanket & a water bottle, a cushion.
There are chairs there if you need one. 

When working with energy healing temperatures can fluctuate therefore it's suggested to dress in layers and you can even bring extra blankets!
